It's a Budget Bike!! The fact that it weighs only 80lbs and the sturdiness of the frame is Great. I'm Upgrading it mildly while under warranty. Stem Riser, bigger Chain ring to 52 tooth. I'll probably change the rear cog to a 14/32. After warranty I'm ordering the 72 Volt Hub kit from Bafang. I have 26" Dual Crown Forks for it already but they won't go on until after warranty. It'll get New Paint and Then The Build. She'll be an easy 50mph Powerhouse..
Just a fun bike to cruise on , 24 in tires are the best size in my opinion
This H5 is the First Budget Bike I've ever Purchased. I've owned two Wired Bikes, an Ariel Rider and also two Scooters Blade 2, and Wolf Warrior. I'm very experienced with this type of product. This H5 Had slight damage and scuffs. The Battery was completely Dead! That's the first time I've experienced a completely Dead Battery Purchasing one of these. I believe this bike has been sitting packed for a very long time possibly over a year. I like the bike I'm disappointed with the battery being completely Dead. The charger is cheap it doesn't have a fan and gets very hot while charging. This battery doesn't charge to the full 58.8 amps as it should it only charged to 56amps. I wish I could have received a 2026 model of the H5 but it's obvious this bike has been sitting in a wearhouse for a at least a year maybe more! This is my honest feedback. I'd like to have a new 2026 battery. Also I have Not received mirrors or the bike lock as of yet.? Looks like it was shipped separately so I have no idea if those items will arrive.? If Vitilan Customer Service takes this honest, experienced review seriously and can help me with a newer battery I'd greatly appreciate it and it will give me more faith about any future business and recommendations. Also the Controller Box is twice as large it needs to be and it rubs against the front fender very poor design.
Well a lot better looking in person this bike is fun to ride feels good at higher speeds, If you use just the rear motor for casual riding you will get a lot more outta the 25 amp battery 🪫 also when you need the hill climbing power 💪 tap the red button and it will take off the only thing I might do is just add a bigger seat but the stock seat is just fine the 24 in x 4 tires are great better than 26 I will only buy from now on 24 in tires bikes I feel safer and more so the h5 shines in this department you feel more connected with the bike vitilan is a cool ebike company with true spec about they're products, some other companies and they so many and lie about what they're bikes can really do, so don't be fooled by other get your H5 and you be happy with your choice I look forward to new products from VITILAN IN THE FUTURE , REMEMBER TO ENJOY THE RIDE! The H5 E bike works good, but mine came with some damages. Buying the shipping insurance is a waste of money as it will not cover anything. I contacted the seller and sent pictures of the damage and I was told they will send some touch up (Blue paint is out of stock) instead of a replacement for the damaged product. Please see the attached pictures.
The only thing I don’t like is the seat. Who do they think they’re doing a favor for when the seat is as hard as a rock? But it has scads of power. I can literally spin the front tire when I take off on gravel. I wouldn’t dream of pedaling! Tomorrow I’ll reduce the tire pressure to maybe 20 or 25 PSI for a softer ride. Put 9 miles on today and I still have 5 of 5 battery bars.
Good product. There were some minor manufacturing issues such as : The front brakes. They were too tight, slowing the front tire down even when the brakes were not engaged. - The front mud flap was designed wrong, it either hit the frame or it wouldn’t reach were you supposed to bolt it Everything else have been great. The speed is phenomenal.
The riding experience is very good. I highly recommend this dual-motor electric bicycle. It is a must-have product for cycling enthusiasts.
Very well built and smooth riding bike. The color scheme is cool it looks awesome. Very fast acceleration did 42mph easily. Also the rear motor alone is very powerful and will do over 30mph in single motor mode. The battery is of huge capacity especially in single motor mode

The blue paint on the front wheel was scraped off and 2 spokes are bent. do you have touch up paint and extra spokes. Also my order is missing the Water Proof Bike Pouch Bag, ordered with order, Also missing was the free bike mirrors and the bike password lock. I 'am very disappointed that they didn't arrive. Front fender don’t fit but it’s otherwise good
Wasn't sure what to expect, but I've been pleasantly surprised by how well this performs on my hilly commute. The motor provides just the right amount of assistance.
Even on our poorly maintained city streets, the suspension absorbs most bumps,no more sore wrists from pothole impacts.
I never leave reviews & I mean never! But after I received this absolute marvel of an e-bike & experienced the sheer mind blowing power plus comfort and beautiful style for the price I paid. I thought this company deserved to know my appreciation! I LOVE THIS BIKE! also they theough in a bunch of extra consolation prizes! Bang for your buck!
Very Very Fast!
I really like this bike, it's well made and rides great, I've added mirrors and more storage bags. My only negatives are the info screen has a scratch, and had a mounting screw missing, the area behind the peddle also is scuffed. This probably happened during shipping, the box wasn't in great condition, photos were taken. It's a very nice bike!
Bike has excellent acceleration. Easy to navigate controls. And plenty of speed and power. Great ride.
