I got the bike initially because a friend bought hers and it came almost assembled, the same V3 2.0, so I went ahead and bought it based on what I had seen. When it came, I had to pay a bike shop to assemble it and then after all that it still wasn’t fully assembled because it’s missing the hexagonal screws that holds the headlight and the front finder together. Very sad because I feel as though I got poor service :(
Ive been with this ebike brand since beginning and still gonna continue Only problem is that i had my old one stolen here in NYC and ive had for 4 years. Miss it but what can i do. From all the ebike brands offered still love Vitilan 🏍️ The best
6 months in the making As for now im satisfied its a great bike im using it work/home 12km X2 5 days a week I buy a seat post w/ shock absorber its on the way coz the street were i go had a lot of holes i need only to adapt my V3. Also i add a sidemirro/very soft seat cushion from aliexpress
This is the second Vitilan bike I have owned. They are well built and do all they are advertised to do. Very very happy with my new Vitilan.

Just now nice enough in NEPA to give my V3 a good ride, and all I can say is IMPRESSIVE!!! My fiance and neighbors were so impressed with this bike she said "YOUR GETTING ME ONE OF THESE NOW TOO!" So a white will be ordered next to my orange one! Along with the upgrade Vitilan seat and BMX handlebars to personalize it more to my taste!
The e-bike arrived well packaged. It took me no time to assemble it. Have not rode it yet, but will as soon as I can. Bike is awesome well made.

We just bought our E-bikes and we love them. We take them with us when we go camping the range of 45 miles and the speed of about 30 mph is awesome. We can take them to town to pickup supplies or take them on the trails great for everyone.

Holding screw of Pedal bar has already loose and lost a cap after riding less than 5 miles. Contacting service desk by email 2 days ago, I have not receive any reply for fixing solution. Very disappointed.
Overall the few times I've been able to ride the bike, I'm very pleased. The bike has good power and it looks awesome. Pros: looks, power, brakes, tires, suspension, quality, bike was 99% assembled right out of the box Cons: seat is uncomfortable, battery rattles when off-road, toolkit was missing some parts, instructions could use some more information on what all the setting are for. Compared to the other bike in the picture which was my first e-bike, it's a more robust bike overall. Realistically if the battery didn't rattle and the seat was a little more comfortable, I would give it a 5 star rating. The toolkit is cheap but handy if needed. Would be nice to get all the tools.

Reviewing my V3 2.0 are 500 miles and I love it. As you can see I made some upgrades/added a few things...but as the bike comes stock is still amazing. I added rear view mirrors, a phone holder, the Vitilan ebike bag, suspension spring seat post, padded seat (also by Vitilan) and I can honestly say I love every second riding this bike. Other people riding Lectric, Jasion and other ebike brands have asked me about mine.
Wish you could put the BMX style handle bars on it. Also front blinkers

We bought two V3 bike back in 2021 and I think these are the best bikes ever. Yes these are the first e-bikes that I bought and tried and we went riding in different location and people ask where did we get them and how do they ride. Well we gave them the the story and two thumbs up on the Quality and ride. This year we bought another one for my daughter. She’s not tall so I got her the U7 model and change the seat pole, not it’s more to her height. The U7 ride just as well and this will be the only brand I would recommend. I will buy another one in time just to have a forth bike to invite a friend or family member to join us for a ride. The U7 is much heavier that V3 so maybe I’ll get another V3. If I was younger I would definitely buy the i7 and really go off road mountain biking. But we take Mild off-road riding. Now we bought a bike rack for our vehicle and it hold two bikes and the third bike we fold up and put inside the suv. Yes we can take up to four bikes by putting to fold up bikes in the vehicle and two on the rack. Later on we will need a three bike vehicle rack. LOL Love these bike 👍👍

The bike is perfect the only thing I really recommend is a better seat that’s wider but I got the bike to do 33 mph and mine the battery lasted 28 miles but great bike for if you live in apartment
I have the V3 Grey and my wife has the U7 pink, actually looks more coral than pink. Our first ride we took both bikes out for a fun ride to and outdoor eatery which added to the experience. Both are fast and get good range from what I can tell thus far. The U7 step through has a slightly longer overall length however the seat to handlebars is a bit shorter distance which is why I preferred the V3 for myself. The headlight and hydraulic brakes I give the a slight advantage to U7. You can't go wrong either way.
Great looking Bike and very powerful. I can readily mount the rear basket. Received after 12 days upon order. A bit heavy but feels very sturdy. Only comment is that the seat provided may need to be upgraded to a much softer and wider seat. Else everything is fine and highly recommended.
This would be a 5 star. I love this bike. My cousin recommended it to me. The only thing giving me worry is that the battery that came with it does not last as long as his, or as long as advertised (all with the same PAS he is using) It also becomes weaker the lower the charge is. PAS 2 can get me up to 13.5-13.7mph but when the battery is lower it's around 12 mph

On the V3 pulling this trailer to deliver that 32” TV 40 miles away. I did it. Kept the bike at 12 mph and under. Most of the ride was about 10 mph. I changed out the battery at 38 miles. From Deer Park Suffolk County NY, to Bed Stuy Brooklyn NY.
We love our V3. So much fun. In San Francisco they have bike lanes from Pier 39 to the Giants stadium to the Warriors stadium. Try it!

this is a very high quality bike with many amazing aspects! it is very fun to use and is perfect for long commuting trips of up to 30 miles! love how long the battery last and how fun it is to ride. highly recommend this product to anyone who wants an e-bike that works as a mode of transportation. as long as you live in a city or an apartment this could absolutely be your mode of transport! super happy with it! five stars!😁😁😁
Gave it 4 stars because the bike arrived without the chain attached to the pedaling gear. Because i dont know how to replace that, i have to take it to a shop & fork out more money. Otherwise this bike is visually very impressive in size, build quality & style. Im looking forward to riding it in a few weeks!

I Truley enjoy this V3 although I don't have many miles yet I have cruised on for about 14 miles. I have had a blast on it from one side of town to the other. I Highly recommend V3 to anyone who wants to ride like when they were in their prime PS good luck on your adventure.
