While trail riding I managed to bend my chainring . I contacted support and purchased another. They shipped within a reasonable time frame, I installed the new part and I’m off again.

Overall they are as expected and compliment the bike nicely, and easy to install, but they showed up with numerous scuffs/chips in the painted coating. Photos included showing chips in paint, but final install photos there as well.
This arrived so fast! Less than a week from the time I ordered it. 😱 I expected to wait for it to be shipped from China but it was shipped from California. Extremely well packed in a very well manufactured heavy duty cardboard box. Although there was some damage to the box the bike survived fine 👍🏻
I would like to express to anyone considering replacing or upgrading there display as I did on my Vilitan V3 e-bike with the 91F display you cannot go wrong. The display is colorful with the information very easy to read. The miles and kilometers on the display both shows accurate speed right out of the box checking both against GPS on another device. The power button that's connected to the 91F display also with it large control buttons making each function easy to spot and use during switching between all the different functions not taking your eyes off the road or trail making for a safer ride.
Well a lot better looking in person this bike is fun to ride feels good at higher speeds, If you use just the rear motor for casual riding you will get a lot more outta the 25 amp battery 🪫 also when you need the hill climbing power 💪 tap the red button and it will take off the only thing I might do is just add a bigger seat but the stock seat is just fine the 24 in x 4 tires are great better than 26 I will only buy from now on 24 in tires bikes I feel safer and more so the h5 shines in this department you feel more connected with the bike vitilan is a cool ebike company with true spec about they're products, some other companies and they so many and lie about what they're bikes can really do, so don't be fooled by other get your H5 and you be happy with your choice I look forward to new products from VITILAN IN THE FUTURE , REMEMBER TO ENJOY THE RIDE!
I received the bike in a timely manner, and I appreciate that. However, the box arrived torn with a hole down one side. I purchased shipping protection, and I reached out to Support because I was concerned the bike may have been damaged—especially since it travels up to 40 mph and safety is a priority. The response I received suggested that I “just keep it because someday I might ride it,” which was dismissive of my safety concerns. I do not mind keeping the bike if it is verified to be in proper working condition, but I am not comfortable keeping a potentially damaged bike that could put me at risk
Shipping insurance is a joke!! Don't waste your money. My H5 Ebike came damaged and I was told by the seller that shipping insurance doesn't cover any damages caused during transportation. Are you serious??? 😬

Love the bike-T7Pro, and the new rack. I have been riding(pedal)over 30 years and have over 100,000 miles in and a former bicycle mechanic. This thing gets my juices going as good as my $5,000 gravel bike. Awesome! I tell all my people “this is the one to get…!”
Took bike to a repair shop they checked everything told me parts to order they installed them bike works like new
Found a bike repair shop in my area they checked everything else said I need these 2 parts contacted you parts where sent they installed them bike works great rode for 3 hours after picking it up yesterday will recommend your bikes to everyone 😀

I bought a new E-bike and discovered that it needed a new front rotor. I procrastinated and didn't make a claim until it was out of the warranty period by 60 days. The company did provide a rotor at my expense, but they covered the shipping cost. The new rotor is just as it should be...perfectly flat.

Everything about the bike is excellent except for the kickstand ; it was prebuilt / installed and it’s stripped / loose at the retractable footing . I cannot get it to stay . I need a new kickstand, which is really a minor defect in this product

This is the fourth great Vitilan bike I have bought from Vitilan. They are the greatest e-bikes out there.
The new battery works well. I am disappointed that I have not gotten any where with warranty support for the original battery that came with the bike which is only 3 months old!
