I waited a long time to find a model with these particular attributes. I previously had a Lectric for 3 and 1/2 years. It's probably the most popular e-bike in the RV community which I belong to. But I wanted something more versatile, more rugged, for off-road trail riding as well as safety for on the road. This checked all the boxes☑️ on my wish list. It was even 5 lb lighter than the competition! Ordering was simple and straightforward. And it arrived in less than a week! 🙌🏻 Extremely satisfied 👍🏻 And the price point is quite frankly surprising for what this has to offer. 🤑 I don't even know how it got flown across the country and delivered in less than a week with no additional charge 😱

I had many ebikes moped style folding kind, but vitilan exel my expectations. the most amazing bike I ever had. I would very highly recommend the I7 pro vitilan. dont think about it just get it. you will love it. I had a little problem with the derailleur but vitilan step up and made it right. great customer service, fast and a responsive.
LOVE this I7!!!….Been eyeballing this bike for a while..jumped on the I7 pro 3 Father’s Day sale. Got my wife the U7 a couple of yrs ago and people love hers. I had another brand called Ebkoracy. Gooood bike but I love the fit finish and build of the Vitilan and I can’t wait to rack the miles…Went with the Army Green and I’m sooooo glad I did…it looks fantastic!…So yeah , get the bike!…one small complaint…no where to put a water bottle on the I7 pro…other than that….look forward to many moons of Riding.
Great bike for seniors very good quality 70 years old 6/4 height ride nice on off-road handles well light weighted. This is my second E-bike. My first one was taller and heavier. This one much lighter and more cruising distance.

Very happy with bike, but was disappointed concerning the back rack and light not being lined up (centered) with tire. Clearly an error when no thought was put into compensating for the offset by putting a slight bend in the rack where it connects to the frame to correct this.
Conversion to BMX bars complete on my i7 Pro v3. Looks and handles so much better now. Very easy process, pretty much plug & play.

Bike arrived falling out of the box and damaged and the customer service wants to force me to accept the damaged bike with just touch up paint. No kne should be forced to accept a damaged product they paid over $1200 for! Very bad customer service after the sale!
Ordered two of these on Dec. 9th 2024. The website says 7 days for delivery, they never shipped until the 18th or so. I understand that Christmas is busy, but they took forever to arrive. It wasn't until Dec. 28th when the second one was delivered. Once I got them, one works perfectly and the other doesn't work at all. Emailed the company about it, so I guess we'll see how that goes. I did all kinds of research before buying this as it was supposed to be the "best" e-bike on the market. Pretty mediocre if you ask me.
I received it quickly and put it together a few days later. Not too hard to get everything together. Took me a bit on how to get the battery out, but I finally got it. Looks great and I can't wait to take it out when the weather warms up. Merry Christmas to me!

I can only say I am excited to really take it out on a longer ride. So far it is a fun bike and went together rather easily. It is winter so it will go out when the weather warms. I do wish there was live customer service instead of only email communications. Overall very nice. Tony
The ebike is dissent overall for the price but has a quite a few issues that really bothers me and if I know about them before ordering probably wouldn’t buy it ! 1. The gears stocks on the right handle for changing gears punching my hand when grabbing the handle to riding it and it’s really uncomfortable and bothers me a lot 2. The accelerator push pedal next to the left handle isn’t as good of idea as a normal bike right handle rotating accelerator which annoys me a lot 3. The speed level on the display when adjusted to desired level doesn’t stay put on , every time when turning the bike on the display shows speed level N: 1 and every time have to adjust it desire level usually for me N:5 which is a very annoying 4. The charging cord is a crazy noisy has some sort of fan on the thing and I don’t like it at all because I keeping the bike in the room where I sleep and charging it there !!! My previous bile charger cable didn’t do that was silent I don’t know if common for all ebiks with the 750 motor but this is a almost deal breaker for me 5. When I ride the bike it is a very noisy I hear the motor a lot not sure if it’s common for all ebikes with 750 motor because my previous ebike was only with 500 motor and was pretty silent .I really don’t like that much noise isn’t pleasant for me at all
This bike is amazing, I have some upgrades coming as well but out of the box as they say in the RC world Ready to Run. Love the color, my wife and I are looking to get her one next. Shipping was fast and box was handle pretty well considering weight. I highly recommend it can handle the body weight .

Nasty customer service they never pick up the phone or call you back. Started e-mailing them regarding 1" scratch on top of the frame of the ebike and another 1 1/4 inch round scratch on front fork sticker. Including a flat tire that goes flat after several hours later or overnight. The tire tube value is bad notice it was bubbling after I sprayed soap with water . They will not send me a sticker, touchup paint and a new tire tube which I beleive its maybe a total of $6 to $10 there cost. The ebike arrived damaged from FedEx or there warehouse. When I opened the box the damage was noticable right away. The box was damage and FexEx retaped the box loosely with clear Tape Look at the pictures. E-mails back and forth sence Oct 18 and still no results from customer service to resolve their issue. There e-mail says don't worry well I am worry that you will not fix this problem. Don't buy from them period.
The bike offers smooth torque and incredible speed! I'm still trying to learn how to Set the time, and other features on the control panel in order to get the most from the bike.
Love it to be candid. Literally one of my best life purchases. Only issue I've had, hit a bump and the screws on the controller fell right on out. Gonezo. Now, I did contact them and were right on top of sending replacements, so, I suppose should make this 5 stars. So fun. First trip was a solo outing to a nearby got springs. Suspension is fantastic. Great vehicle!
Only took minutes to get ride ready! I did have to tighten the handle bars as my first long distance ride they started to twist(yikes). Other than that, its a solid e-bike!!!
The Vitilan I7 Pro 2.0 is my first ebike; however I researched ebikes for the last year. Overall, I feel the i7 Pro is the best folding ebike on the market. No other folding ebike has the combination of 20 ah battery, full suspension, torque sensor, Logan hydraulic brakes, 25 amp controller and turn signals. However, during the selection process I paid close attention to the customer service experience after the sale. Unfortunately, I had some very minor shipping damage to the chain ring and retainer which were bent. I straightened them as best as I could but the chain would derail when I changed gears. I promptly emailed a photo of the damage to Vitilan Service, the following day they shipped a new right crank assembly. One other bug popped up, the left rear turn light started flashing and would not turn off no matter the position of the turn selector switch. I reached out to Vitilan and they are shipping a new tail light. All of the above solidify my opinion that Vitilan i7 Pro 2.0 is the best folding ebike on the market today!
I have not been able to post my impression since May 2024 because I needed to transport it home, where I intend to use it, before I could unbox it for review. Perhaps it is the first Vitilan Ebike in Nigeria. I am NEW to Ebikes, so I watched so many reviews on YouTube and ended up with VITILAN, the i7 Pro 2.0 for my first ebike. Firstly, I have to say a BIG THANK YOU to the Vitilan Team for doing a great job with the wrapping and packaging, which was very helpful for safe delivery without significant damage to the bike. I got the Green colour, and it looks better in real-life. The bike is generally well built with quality parts and came almost fully assembled. It is stable, attractive, and elegant. I believe it will stand the test of time. Overall, I love what I got, and thank you for the freebies. However, a few areas of improvement may include: 1. The bike is heavy, especially with the battery loaded 2. No GPS and tracking system/App 3. The position of the key at the under is a blind spot to access the key hole 4. The fact that I need to memorise codes and figures to be able to set/change, and or customise parameters on the LED display is very boring, frustrating, and annoying 5. No front turn-signal lights 6. The hole for plugging the charging cable onto the bike doesn't align, and also wider than the rubber plug 7. No protective rubber sleeves around drilled cable holes on the aluminium frame of the bike
First real ride in Carbondale, CO. About 12 miles initially to determine what tweaks and adjustments need to be made. As others have said, I need to adjust and align the gears as there's some slippage. Overall it was a smooth and controlled ride and the steering was confident.
Packed very well, unboxed it and charged the battery for a couple of hours and took off. Love it! Went over all the fasteners and they were all good, the only issue was it wouldn’t shift into 8th gear. Determined the derailer guard was slightly bent not allowing it to move out enough to shift. Pried it slightly out and works perfect. The only thing I don’t like is the ghost peddling in 5 PAS. GREAT BIKE!
Bike was shipped fast and very easy to assemble. Great e-bike. Punchy motor but you are still able to feather the throttle for lighter acceleration. 8 speed shifter barely makes any sound shifting gears. Bike is very well put together and the frame is really sturdy. The screen is nice and can see it easily in the direct sun, but I wish it gave a little more info like voltage and how many watts the controller was putting out. My only recommendation ti improve would be to sell the bike with the BMX handlebars stock instead of those ugly giraffe bars and slap on some better brakes. The few times I have had a customer service interaction with Vitilan has been very positive. They are fast to respond and always helpful.
Both the U7 and I7Pro - bikes, quality parts/manufacturing, packing/delivery, assembly, functions, company customer service. I never write reviews, but felt I really needed to, because it was the many reviews I've read and youtube videos I've watched which helped me decide on purchasing these two bikes...and I hope my review helps others. Note, I'm 6'2 210lbs, my wife is 5ft, 100-110lbs (LOL). I knew I was planning to purchase 2 folding bike for ease of transport throwing in my Ford ...

Vitilan sells a larger 58T sprocket for the I7 Pro on their website. I installed it and went for a test ride. It’s a huge improvement over the standard 53T. You don’t need a longer chain and the sprocket guard still works with it
Got my I7 Pro in yesterday, She's a beauty, well-built and a lot of fun. I did notice a little bit of play at the stem/headtube. I plan on taking it to a local bike shop to have it checked out, I live in Atlanta GA. And will probably ride on some trails like Silver Comet, Beltlines, etc.

I love my green i7 pro. Fantastic little bike.
Well, I was going to wait to do this review. After I had some more riding time. My 1 st and only time out of the neighborhood was awesome. The bike did great. I did spend some time tweaking and adjusting before my ride. But the next day I hooked up the charger and no charge. Green light on and nothing else. I've been working with support team and am suppose to get a new battery after shipped my battery and charger off. So I've been not so happy with the way things have turned out. It's going to be at least another week before I can ride. As far as the bike looks I think the black fenders are unsightly. They should match the paint of the bike. The tires seem cheap and have very little knobs on them. The performance is good. Power is good until about 35% charge. Overall I'm not disappointed that I bought it. I'm disappointed in how slow it is to communicate with Support in China 12 hours difference. I have to get up in the middle of the night to answer an email to try to keep communications going. After joining the Vitilan users group I've found the many other people have had and are having the same battery issues. This issue should have been taken care of by now. So whats going on??? The only thing I don't like is the original seat post keeps creeping down. I'm 6 even / 178 so the clamp should be able to hold the post in place. I happen to have a suspension seat post that works pretty good. The full suspension, horn, lights, and mag wheels are great. The 750 watt Bafang motor is also great. Fun to ride.
These bikes are perrrrfect!!! Me and my boyfriend do our morning rides and evening rides So much fun! Lots of power too 🚲💨💨 lol.
Very happy Australian customer here, great bike and equally great customer service. I contacted the Vitilan team over a month ago to see if they could ship me the i7 pro, which was only being supplied to North America. To my surprise they came back to say they could send straight from China, and quoted an amazing shipping rate to my door, something other ebike companies couldn't offer. So to my knowledge I may be the only lucky Aussie to be riding the i7 :) After 30 days on the ocean the bike arrived in perfect condition. The communication, tracking info, and local couriers were excellent, and I couldn't be happier with how it all went. It's bigger and heavier than pictures suggest, a chunky beast of a bike, so perfect for taller riders like myself (6'4ft). It's so much fun to ride, and has a really powerful motor. In person the green colour looks amazing and the components they use are quality. It's not perfect, nothing is, so you may have to use the supplied tools to adjust some things and make it suit you, but that's part of the fun. The bike gets so many looks and positive interest from strangers also. It's so much fun to ride and I highly recommend this bike and company. -Tom
1st day I hit the hardest trails and hills around my neighborhood. 2nd day I took it out on one of my hunting preserves. In one word, this bike ROCKS. Took me (and my backpack and cooler) everywhere, and it always had more to give. The battery still has enough to blast a couple more rounds. Unbelievable. High quantity everything. It arrived on time and was packaged excellent. The upgraded seat really was a nice upgrade. I received all the other goodies as promised. Thanks.
