I had a code on one of my I7 pros and it turned out to be a brake sensor. It controlls and shuts off your cruise control when the brake is applied. After emailing the Vitilan team with my problem they quickly diagnosed the issue and suggested a new sensor. Part arrived, I installed it and everything is back to normal. Thanks guys!!

I really love my i7, and I like to take it out and ride it again. The trouble is I'm waiting for a motor core from Vitilan. I've been waiting now for about a month. I finally got directions on how to install the motor core. This is the second core I put in, and I was not told how to install this one part; see the arrow. I ended up installing it upside down, and it twisted out of the fitting, messing up my wiring and giving me a 24 code.

The key's worked but I had to modify them. The key blanks were not long enough. I had to remove material from the keys so they would go far enough into the lock to turn. The picture I sent shows one modified key, the other key you sent unmodified, and the key from another Vitilan ebike that worked to turn the bike on but not remove the battery. Notice how much longer the key is. But all said and done, I have 2 keys that work. Thanks.

This could be the BEST folding bike in the industry if the following were added. Front turn signals housed in a larger headlight assembly, a flashing light on the turn signal switch making you aware that the signals were still on.also the rear signal is too small to see in the daylight. Unlock the bike for a higher top speed. Mine only gets up to 25 mph A half twist throttle instead of the goofy thumb throttle. An easier position to insert the key like in the side instead of underneath the frame.You have to feel the spot in order to put the key in. The mirrors you provide don't stick out far enough to do any good.i can't see past my forearm. End of the handlebar mirrors work the BEST. Go back to Version 2.0 Brakes as they are more well built to last compared to Version 3.0 A Larger bike seat as the stock one hurts after 5 miles of riding If these changes were made I would be willing to pay $200 more for this Bike.

Fantastic that I can get a replacement part for basically anything on this bike which will allow me to maintain in especially in the case of a crash. My only negative would be how long it took to get the part however it was around the holidays and the part had to come all the way from China so it is mostly understandable.

I have a Vitilan I7, which I ride a lot and really enjoy. Great bike! Anyway, I recently had a mishap which broke the kickstand. I realized that not having a kickstand is a much bigger issue with an ebike than with a regular bike. I was having trouble locating a replacement that would fit my bike, so I contacted Vitilan customer support. They found a replacement kickstand and sent it out a long with some touch up paint, which I needed from the same accident. Vitilan customer support is excellent and I am very pleased with the way this problem was handled. I feel that between the quality of their bikes and the excellent customer service, Vitilan bikes are an excellent choice. Thanks, Vitilan!

I had a great time riding it for about 10 months or so. My problem started when I struck a rock that damaged the wire that provides the power to the motor core. Unfortunately, this crucial connection is not protected; there is no shield to protect this most important connection from damage. I'm waiting for the motor core that your company is sending me to fix this problem.

We had a unfortunate accident with the bike that did not involve anybody getting hurt it involved it falling off the bike rack after somebody tried to steal it when we were at a gas station and we didn't know it so it fell off on the freeway. Anyway I had a list of parts I needed and I got a hold of them through their contact information and they got back to me same day they asked for photographs so they could identify the parts I needed I sent them we decided on the exact parts I needed they showed up within 2 weeks out of China and they were perfect the bike went back together you can't even tell something happened very professional service and I'm very happy and I recommend their product because we've been very happy with the 2 bikes that we bought their fantastic high quality I love the technology they work perfect and we've probably put a couple 100 miles on them already which doesn't seem by much but it is to us

My throttle and cable came earlier than expected. Had it installed at my local bike shop and I'm back on the road. I really enjoy my v3 e bike I'm close to 3,000 miles on my vitilan v3 e bike..love it

I contacted Vitilan to get a brake bleeder kit for hydraulic brakes. Although this item was not listed on their website, they gave me clear instructions on how to get one through them. It was easy and the kit worked well, my brakes are great now. The only thing that could have been better was if the item could have come more quickly (it came from China), but otherwise great.

My replacement kickstand works great!!! I had to slightly trim some rubber from the inserts to get a tight secure fit but now the replacement is solid and tightly mounted to the bike. I honestly was not expecting a replacement part this good, and Im very grateful to the Vitilan team for the awesome and well built i7 Pro bike that I ride all the time as well as the great replacement kickstand that replaces the original that I broke by accident. Thanks Vitilan!!!
